Example: Shiny app

The PKPDsim library is primarily menat to be used from the R command line, but can also be used to dynamically generate Shiny frontends to allow interactive use for model exploration and teaching purposes.

Auto-generation of Shiny apps based on PKPDsim models is possible using the PKPDsimShiny package. Of course, it is often more appropriate to write your own Shiny app, which could rely on the PKPDsim library for the simulation of the PK-PD model.
